Albert Roca in the radar of AIFF to take charge of Indian Football Team after AFC Asian Cup 2019


Former Bengaluru Fc manager Albert Roca in the radar of All India Football Federation (AIFF) to take charge of Indian Football Team.

Indian Football Team having a successful run under the current boss Stephen Constantine. India is now in top 100 of FIFA ranking and qualified for AFC Asian Cup 2019. He might step down after AFC Asian Cup in January.

Meanwhile report suggested that Both Albert Roca and Ashely Westwood are in the consideration of AIFF.  But Roca might overlooked after unsuccessful stint of Westwood with ATK and Penang FA in Malaysia. On the other hand Roca have experience Indian football after having a successful stint with Bengaluru FC.

Roca also was as Assistant Manager at FC Barcelona from 2003-2008. He worked with player like Lionel Messi , Andres Iniesta, Ronaldinoh.
